From the School Counseling Office:

We hope you are doing well and staying healthy. This period of isolation can be stressful, especially while we are adjusting to new routines. Please don't do it alone! Call 527-9654 and leave a message with a # to call you back and we will call you! We can chat via phone, Google Meet, or just email. We can also talk in groups if that would be helpful. You are also welcome to reach out to your school counselor by email to share any concerns.

As always, let us know if you are worried about yourself, a friend, or family member. If we cannot help, we can connect you to other resources and offer support. If there is an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. 

Finally, remember, we want to hear how you are doing! Reach out and tell us about your day. It will be good for all of us to stay connected.
